We are autemis
We have highly specialized personnel in motion control applied to cranes, with the ability to implement low-level data reading from any type of control system to obtain data with the least impact on the processing capacity of these controllers.
Our IT specialists have the experience and ability to understand the different variables to implement from data oceans and data lakes to data warehouses and data marts to optimize the storage of information, in general in NoSQL databases for then give way to the implementation of specialized algorithms in obtaining KPIs.
Once the databases are consolidated, our staff specialized in algorithms enters the scene, both based on AI and P&E, with the aim of achieving data analytics and thus making the variables make sense and thus help optimization of production processes, thus closing a virtuous circle.
Cybersecurity
We take computer security very seriously, that´s why we offer a complete cybersecurity service: from the selection of the hardware to the implementation of the different software, taking care the appropriate risk assessments, simulations of dangerous situations and the application of strict protocols, measures that allow us to know in advance where the most exposed points of the IT systems of the type will be found.
On the other hand, by having agreements with the main software providers worldwide together with solid training in this field, we can ensure the detection and mitigation of vulnerabilities with adequate notice to prevent failures related to this type of event.
Integration of port cranes with Navis
We are specialists in the interconnection of Cargo Handling Equipment (CHE) systems with the most used Port Terminal Operating System (TOS) worldwide, Navis.
Our experience in CHEs of the types: STS (QC), RTG, RMG, Multipurpose and Straddle Carriers allows us to obtain the necessary variables to interconnect this equipment with the modules that Navis has for this purpose, both in On-Premise installations and Cloud.
IoT / IIoT and Edge Computing
Internet of Things (IoT), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Edge Computing provide us the “how to do it”, being the platforms (hardware plus software) to be able to obtain data from the different equipment in charge of controlling each point of each process, based on this paradigm and thanks to highly specialized algorithms running on robust hardware and in real time, we make it possible for these points to interconnect with each other and/or with datacenters to make them cooperate together.
The “why do it” is called “Industry 4.0” being the fourth industrial revolution and referring to the fact that all equipment belonging to a process can have communication, either with other points or centrally, so that the same process can controlled more efficiently with distributed intelligence. Adding both paradigms “how and why”, we managed to substantially improve the redundant distributed control of processes. Thus achieving, in case of failures, a network of intelligent devices that can find the best way to send and receive data to each other to achieve high levels of security together with high productivity. Soon and based on the ability to analyze changes in the operation through analysis of historical data, our technology will be able to convert conventional ports into true AUTONOMOUS PORTS.
